Oil Estates is an independent developer of onshore crude oil and natural gas properties with liaison offices in Houston, Texas and Santa Fe, New Mexico, USA and marketing offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, Thailand and Hong Kong. The company's exploration and production operations are concentrated in New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Wyoming and Louisiana in the United States.

Oil Estates focuses on proven quality oil and gas assets having high working interests with operational and infrastructure control, high producing rates per well, large acreage positions with substantial upside, exploitable using our expertise in horizontal drilling and/or 3-D seismic. The company works with experienced and proven oil exploration service contractors with state of the art technology in conjunction with established subsurface exploration techniques to generate, develop and lease solid prospects with significant reserves.

Today, the company concentrates on developing its existing asset base while acquiring leases that fit strategically within its current portfolio. Oil Estates targets conventional reservoirs, as well as emerging resource plays, in its primary operating areas of the San Juan gas producing region in Northeast New Mexico, Permian Basin of Southeast New Mexico and West Texas, Appalachian Basin, Texas, onshore Texas Gulf Coast, Louisiana, Southern Oklahoma and the southern Powder River Basin in eastern Wyoming.
